    Club 7 is licensed under the Prostitution Act 1999 and is permitted to have five rooms for the use of clients and their Service Provider (sex worker) of choice. There can be at least five (recently approved to 8) service providers on the premises at any one time. The PLA (Prostitution Licensing Authority) can conduct audits of the premises and books at anytime.


    The business can be run on a twenty-four hours / seven days a week.


    Club 7 is located within a large industrial type shed on mainly one floor, which contains the five luxury themed suites (all suites have spa baths), lounge areas, toilets, laundry, storeroom and office/ reception areas.


    The service providers have their own private toilet, shower, kitchen and dressing areas and secure lockers are provided in the service providers’ lounge area. The second floor contains a private office and storage area plus a rest or overnight accommodation for the ‘service providers’ working late or early shifts.


    The internal and external areas are fitted with ‘state of the art’ digital security system with cameras located in the reception, all lounges, service providers’ reception area and external parking areas to PLA approved standards. This system holds approximately twenty-one days of surveillance memory.  All service providers are supplied with security duress bracelets at the beginning of each shift and duress buttons are also strategically located in each room.


    The Brothel must be alcohol free and a liquor license is not available. Stringent laws and rules apply to the holder of a brothel license and the purchaser must be aware that considerable investigations by police & Interpol will be conducted in relation to his/her conduct, financial standing and police record. Only persons with no record of serious or criminal convictions can hope to pass these investigations.  Drink driving and minor traffic offences should not exclude the person from obtaining a brothel owner’s license. In the most favourable circumstances it may take between two to four months to obtain the necessary Brothel Owner’s License for a buyer of the business and for completion of the business contract.
